Adjustments of any kind must be made within 7 days of the appointment. If you did not receive a blow dry during your initial service, a product charge will incur to adjust the service.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION POLICY
It is required that all guests confirm or make any changes to their appointments at least 48 hours in advance. A confirmation text/email will be sent at least three days prior to the appointment. Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled and released to the next guest on the waiting list. If you do not receive appointment notifications it is your responsibility to notify the stylist so your notifications can be turned on.
CANCELLATION & APPOINTMENT ALTERATION POLICY
We understand that your schedule can change and alterations to your appointments may be necessary. Please review our strict cancellation policy below:
All changes to appointments must be made through email (firstname.lastname@example.org). No changes to your appointments will be accepted through DMs.
72-hour notice: Cancelling appointments prior to 48 hours of your scheduled appointment is mandatory. No fees or charges occur with such notice.
48-hour notice: Making any alteration, or cancelling your scheduled hair service within 48 hours of the start time will incur a 30% charge of your scheduled service.
24-hour notice: Making any alteration, or cancelling your scheduled hair service within 24 hours of the start time will incur a 50% charge of your scheduled service.
Same-day (less than 12 hours): Changing or cancelling your appointment within the last 12 hours before the start time of your appointment will result in a cancellation charge of the full service price of your scheduled services. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments. Removing services from your reserved and confirmed appointment is considered a service appointment cancellation. Example: Reserving a color and haircut appointment and deciding to forgo the color service is considered a same day cancelation for the color appointment and therefore fees apply.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS
If you do not contact the salon to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled. This will also result in cancellation of all future appointments and the inability of scheduling services with our studio.
CREDIT CARD REQUIRED
A valid credit card on file is required to book all hair appointments.
Cards will only be charged upon failure to follow salon policies.
Prebooking an appointment is a privilege. With that being said, if you cancel OR reschedule 3 times in a row without coming to an appointment, you will lose the privilege to prebook appointments. You will then only be able to take appointment slots that open up last minute that I will post about on social media.
**IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY.
ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST OR ASHLEY DASH ATELIER LLC.
